(1) If the head office of an insurer or an applicant for an authorisation is not located within the State, sections 20 and 20A apply only to persons who perform functions of the undertaking in the State.
(2) The Bank is not liable in respect of any claim for damages arising directly or indirectly from the application of any of the provisions of section 20 or 20A.
