Regulation 7 Financial collateral arrangement to have effect despite winding-up proceedings or reorganisation measures

A financial collateral arrangement has effect in accordance with its terms despite the commencement or continuation of winding-up proceedings or reorganisation measures in relation to the collateral provider or collateral taker concerned.
