Regulation 17 How these Regulations relate to general law of insolvency

Except as provided by this Part, nothing in these Regulations affects the operation of the laws of the State relating to insolvency with respect to the voiding of transactions during the period referred to in Regulation 14(b) or paragraph (1) (a) or (2) (a) of Regulation 16.
