Rule 1 Citation, commencement and revocation

(1) These Rules may be cited as the Insurers (Winding Up) Rules 2001 and come into force on 1st December 2001.

(2) The Insurance Companies (Winding Up) Rules 1985 [S.I. 1985/95.] are revoked.
