Article 33 Amendment of the Money Laundering Regulations 2003

In regulation 2(3)(h) of the Money Laundering Regulations 2003 [S.I. 2003/3075.] (interpretation) after "a regulated mortgage contract" insert ", rights under a regulated home reversion plan or rights under a regulated home purchase plan".
