Regulation 34 Amendment to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Exemption) Order 2001

(1) The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Exemption) Order 2001 [S.I. 2001/1201; paragraph 37 of Schedule 1 was amended by S.I. 2001/3623.] is amended as follows.

(2) In Schedule 1, in paragraph 37(1), after "section 285(3)" insert "or (3A)".
