Regulation 37 Amendment to the Pension Protection Fund (PPF Ombudsman) Order (Northern Ireland) 2005

(1) The Pension Protection Fund (PPF Ombudsman) Order (Northern Ireland) 2005 [S.I. 2005/135; article 5 was amended by S.I 2005/342.] is amended as follows.

(2) In Article 5(2) for sub-paragraph (j) substitute -

"(j) a recognised investment exchange, a recognised clearing house, an EEA central counterparty or a third country central counterparty (as defined by section 285 of that Act); and".
