Regulation 38 Amendment to the Pension Protection Fund (PPF Ombudsman) Order 2005

(1) The Pension Protection Fund (PPF Ombudsman) Order 2005 [S.I. 2005/824; article 7 was amended by S.I. 2005/2023 and S.I. 2008/2683.] is amended as follows.

(2) In article 7(2) for sub-paragraph (j) substitute -

"(j) a recognised investment exchange, a recognised clearing house, an EEA central counterparty or a third country central counterparty (as defined by section 285 of that Act); and".
