Section 33AK(5) of the Central Bank Act 1942 is amended by substituting for paragraph (as) the following:
"(as) for the purposes of contractual or institutional protection schemes as referred to in Article 113(7) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 June 2013 [OJ No. L 176, 20.06.2013, p.1], or
(at) to the Information Commissioner that is required for the performance of that Commissioner's functions under the Freedom of Information Act 2014.".
