(1) Subject to subsection (2), and notwithstanding section 26(2)(d) or any other provision of the Interpretation Act 2005, regulations made under the Act of 1997 shall cease to be in force on the commencement of this Act.
(2) The Regulations specified in Schedule 5 shall continue in force as if made under this Act and may be amended or revoked accordingly.
