78. Amendment of Schedule 2B to Principal Act (qualifications for applying for relief from stamp duty in respect of transfers to young trained farmers)
Schedule 2B to the Principal Act is amended in paragraph 2 by substituting the following for subparagraph (p):
"(p) Higher Certificate in Science Applied Agriculture;
(q) Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Sustainable Agriculture.".
