83. Amendment of section 93 of Principal Act (relevant business property)
(1) Section 93 of the Principal Act is amended in subsection (1)(e) by inserting ", or that person and his or her spouse or civil partner," after "that person".
(2) This section applies on and from 23 October 2014.
