AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE TEMPORARY ABSENCE FROM EMPLOYMENT OF EMPLOYEES FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE PROVISION OF FULL-TIME CARE AND ATTENTION TO A PERSON REQUIRING IT, TO PROTECT THE EMPLOYMENT RIGHTS OF THOSE EMPLOYEES DURING SUCH ABSENCE, AND FOR THAT PURPOSE TO AMEND CERTAIN ENACTMENTS AND TO PROVIDE FOR RELATED MATTERS.
