Regulation 17 Defined Contribution Scheme Deferred Pensioner Calculation of designated benefit

Subject to article 19 where the member spouse is a deferred pensioner of the defined contribution scheme concerned at the date of the order, the designated benefit when the member spouse commences to receive his retirement benefit shall be calculated in accordance with article 15 except that earmarked contributions shall not include any contributions made by or on behalf of the member spouse which are not taken into account in determining retirement benefit.
