The following Regulations are revoked:
(a) the European Communities (Deposit Guarantee Schemes) Regulations 1995 (S.I. No. 168 of 1995);
(b) the European Communities (Deposit Guarantee Schemes) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 (S.I. No. 228 of 2009).
