5. Amendment of section 192A of Principal Act (exemption in respect of certain payments under employment law)

Section 192A(1) of the Principal Act is amended in the definition of "relevant authority" by substituting the following for paragraph (b):

"(b) the Director of the Equality Tribunal,

(ba) an adjudication officer of the Workplace Relations Commission,

(bb) the Workplace Relations Commission,

(bc) the District Court,".
