85. Exemption in respect of water conservation grant

The Principal Act is amended by inserting the following section after section 192D:

"192E. Exemption in respect of water conservation grant

A payment made under section 5 of the Water Services Act 2014 shall be exempt from income tax and shall not be reckoned in computing income for the purposes of the Income Tax Acts.".
