I, Micheál Martin, Minister for Enterprise Trade and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972) and for the purpose of giving effect to Council Directive No. 2001/86/EC of 8 October 2001 supplementing the Statute for a European company with regard to the involvement of employees [O.J. L294 of 10.11.2001, p.22], hereby make the following regulations:
