In this Part, unless the context otherwise requires -
"creditor" includes - (a) an authorised agent and any person authorised by the court to register a judgment mortgage on behalf of a judgment creditor, (b) one or some only of several creditors who have obtained the same judgment;
"judgment" includes any decree or order of any court of record.
