In regulation 21 (interest rate on the loans) of the Education (Student Loans) (Repayment) Regulations 2009 [S.I. 2009/470.] in paragraph (1) for "Consumer Credit (Total Charge for Credit) Regulations 1980" substitute -
"Consumer Credit (Total Charge for Credit) Regulations 2010".
