(1) The Bank shall, within 6 months after the expiration of every year, prepare and send to the Minister a report of its proceedings during such year and the Minister shall cause copies of the report to be laid before each House of the Oireachtas as soon as possible after its receipt by him.
(2) The Bank shall furnish to the Minister for publication in the Iris Oifigiúil such periodical returns in respect of the transactions of the Bank as the Minister may from time to time direct.
