Section 12 of the Act of 1971 is hereby amended by the substitution of the following subsection for subsection (3):
"(3) The Bank shall keep each of the following informed of the names of the holders of licences, that is to say:
(a) the Commission of the European Communities;
(b) the Registrar of the Supreme Court;
(c) the officer for the time being managing the Central Office of the High Court;
(d) every County Registrar;
(e) every District Court Clerk.".
