The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 142A(2)(b), 142B(2), 142F and 428(3) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 [2000 c. 8. Sections 142A to 142Z1 were inserted into the Act by the Financial Services (Banking Reform) Act 2013, section 4.], make the following Order.
In accordance with section 142Z of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, a draft of this Order has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
