118. Vesting and distribution.

(1) Upon an order being made for the administration under this Part of the deceased's estate, his property shall vest in the Official Assignee for realisation and distribution.

(2) Section 46 (which relates to a certificate of vesting) shall apply to property which vests in the Official Assignee under this section.
