(1) The Court may, upon giving notice to such persons as it may direct, make such orders and give such directions as it thinks proper for winding up and settling the affairs of any partnership or the estate of a deceased person in which the bankrupt has an interest.
(2) All consequential accounts and enquiries shall be taken and made in such office of the Court as the Court may direct.
