Regulation 110 Public censure
If the FCA considers that a person has contravened a requirement imposed on them by or under these Regulations or, in the case of an authorised payment institution, small payment institution, or registered account information services provider, section 312R of the 2000 Act, the FCA may publish a statement to that effect.
