(1) The FCA, the Commissioners and the Payment Systems Regulator may take such steps as they consider appropriate to co-operate with each other and -

(c) any other public authority exercising functions in the United Kingdom in relation to payment service providers,

for the purposes of the exercise by those bodies of their functions under these Regulations and other relevant legislation.
