Regulation 1 Citation and commencement

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Scottish Partnerships (Register of People with Significant Control) Regulations 2017 and, save as provided in paragraph (2), come into force on 26th June 2017.

(2) Regulation 4 and regulation 81 come into force on 24th July 2017.
