Regulation 15 Enforcement of disclosure requirements

Schedule 2 makes provision for when a person fails to comply with a notice under regulation 10 or 11 (duty to investigate and obtain information and keep it up to date) or a duty under regulation 13 or 14 (duty on others to supply and update information).
