Regulation 65

Section 1089 [Section 1089 was amended by section 89(3) of the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023.] (form of application for inspection or copy) of the Companies Act 2006 applies in relation to information delivered to the registrar by an eligible Scottish partnership under these Regulations.
