After a statement under regulation 25 (public censure) is published, the FCA must send a copy of it to the person concerned and to any person to whom a copy of the decision notice was given under section 393(4) (third party rights) of the 2000 Act [Section 393(4) is amended by paragraph 32 of Schedule 9 to the Financial Services Act 2012.] (as applied by regulation 41 (application of Part 26 of the 2000 Act)).
