46. Amendment of section 787 (nature and amount of relief for qualifying premiums) of Principal Act.

Section 787 of the Principal Act is hereby amended, in subsection (7), by the substitution of "on or before the specified return date for the chargeable period (within the meaning of Part 41) " for "on or before the 31st day of January in the year following the year of assessment".
