91. Amendment of section 731 (exemption from rates) of Merchant Shipping Act, 1894.

Section 731 of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1894, is hereby amended by the addition of the following proviso:

"Provided that no such exemption shall be allowed in respect of excise duty on any hydrocarbon oil.".
