136. Post-consolidation amendments.
(1) The provisions of the Taxes Consolidation Act, 1997, referred to in Schedule 9 shall apply subject to the amendments specified in that Schedule.
(2) This section shall be deemed to have come into force on the 6th day of April, 1997.
