162. Amendment of section 107 (penalty for issuing share warrant not duly stamped) of Act of 1891.

Repealed from 15 December 1999

Section 107 of the Act of 1891 is hereby amended -

(a) by the insertion of "which is chargeable to stamp duty" after "share warrant", and

(b) by the substitution of "penalty" for "fine".
