123. Amendment of sections 214 and 345 of Principal Act.

Repealed from 1 June 2015

Section 214(a) (which relates to the circumstances in which a company is unable to pay its debts) and section 345(5)(a) (which relates to unregistered companies) of the Principal Act are hereby amended by the substitution in each case for "£50" of "£1,000".
