(1) An inspector (within the meaning of the Act of 2015) may, for the purposes of these Regulations and any law in force in relation to the matters set out in Schedule 3, exercise any of the powers specified in section 27 of the Act of 2015. Inspections shall be conducted primarily but not exclusively on a risk based assessment.

(2) A reference in section 27 of the Act of 2015 to a relevant enactment includes a reference to these Regulations.
