48. Amendment of section 1305 of Principal Act

Section 1305 of the Principal Act is amended, in subsection (3)(b), by the substitution of "the Audit Directive (within the meaning of Part 27)" for "the Audit Directive (within the meaning of the 2016 Audits Regulations)".
