71. Amendment of section 25C of Electoral Act 1992

Section 25C of the Electoral Act 1992 is amended, in subsection (5) -

(a) in paragraph (c)(ii), by the substitution of "statutory auditor (within the meaning of section 2 of the Companies Act 2014)" for "public auditor", and

(b) by the deletion of paragraph (d).
