Section 56A (inserted by section 15 of the Criminal Justice (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1997), which deals with revenue offences, of the Criminal Justice Act, 1994, is hereby amended by the substitution, for "Part VII", of "Part IV or this Part".
