The Schedule to the Bail Act, 1997, is hereby amended by the substitution, for the matter contained in paragraph 17, of "Any offence under the Criminal Justice (Theft and Fraud Offences) Act, 2001." and by the deletion of the section headed "Forgery etc. offences.".
