Regulation 22 Penalties

(1) Article 12 is amended as follows.

(2) For paragraph 1 substitute -

"1. Regulation 9 of the 2013 Regulations sets out the penalties applicable to infringements of the rules under this Title.".

(3) Omit paragraph 2.
