Regulation 54 Provision of margins among CCPs

In Article 53, in paragraph 3, for "notified under Directive 98/26/EEC" substitute "that are designated systems within the meaning given in regulation 2(1) of the Financial Markets and Insolvency (Settlement Finality) Regulations 1999".
