19. Extension of 8 Edw. 7. c. 69. s. 274, to all assurance companies established outside the Saorstát Eireann.

Section two hundred and seventy-four of the Companies (Consolidation) Act, 1908 (which contains provisions as to companies incorporated outside the Saorstát Eireann), shall apply to every assurance company constituted outside the Saorstát Eireann which carries on assurance business within the Saorstát Eireann, whether incorporated or not.
