(1) In each financial year, the Bank shall lay before each House of the Oireachtas the financial statements and other documents deposited under this Act during the immediately preceding financial year. The Bank may attach to those documents any note prepared by the Bank, and any correspondence, relating to them.
(2) This section does not apply to reports on the affairs of assurance companies to the shareholders or policyholders of those companies.
