In paragraph 16AA(b) (transfer to approved third country competent authority) [Paragraph 16AA was inserted by regulation 5 of S.I. 2010/2537, and amended by regulation 13(8)(b) of S.I. 2017/516.], omit "in the case of an approved third country competent authority listed in section 1253D(2)(a), (b), (c), (d) or (e),".
