Regulation 45

In Schedule 5 (eligibility and regulation of local auditors), in paragraph 1(3)(b), after "the Statutory Auditors and Third Country Auditors Regulations 2016" insert "and the Statutory Auditors and Third Country Auditors (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019".
