In regulation 2(2) (exemption from liability) [Regulation 2(2) was amended by regulation 23(2) of the Statutory Auditors and Third Country Auditors Regulations 2016 (S.I. 2016/649).], after "subsection 2(a) to (d), (ea)" insert ", (eb), (ec)".
