Regulation 7 Consequential amendment to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Exemption) Order 2001

In Part 3 of the Schedule to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Exemption) Order 2001 [S.1. 2001/1201. Paragraph 37 was amended by S.I. 2013/504.] (persons exempt in respect of any regulated activity mentioned in article 5(1)), omit paragraph 37.
