Regulation 4 Scope

In Article 2 (scope) -

(a) in paragraph 1, for "Union" substitute "United Kingdom";

(b) in paragraph 2 -

(i) in point (c), after "(CCP)" insert "as defined in Article 2(1) of Regulation (EU) No 648/2012 of 4 July 2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council on OTC derivatives, central counterparties and trade repositories as it forms part of retained EU law";

(ii) in point (d), for "listed in Section C of Annex 1 to Directive 2014/65/EU" substitute "specified in Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Regulated Activities Order [S.I. 2001/544. Part 1 of Schedule 2 was substituted by S.I. 2006/3384 and amended by S.I. 2017/488.]" ;

(iii) in point (g)(i), for the words from "trading venue" to "2014/65/EU," substitute "UK trading venue".
